Vipava Valley is full of high-quality wine and has an excellent clime to harvest a variety of fruits and vegetables. So visit us and taste a different Vipava Valley, fruitful Vipava Valley.

We also offer products without added sugars, we can adapt tasting due to intolerance on gluten or lactose or we can prepare vegetarian/vegan tasting.

Meeting and pickup

Meeting point

Our house has a brown colour. You can leave your car in the courtyard before the main door. Degustations occur in the lower part of the house. In any case feel free to call us and you will be welcomed.

What to expect

We take you through the world of authentic juices or unusual flavors of syrups. For the main course, we offer you a combination of our sweet innovative spreads or jams with various local cheeses and pamper your palates with salty vegetable products in combinations with edible wild plants. To complete the journey through the fruity Vipava Valley, we prepare an excellent seasonal dessert based in our products.

Take at least 1 hour time for a tasting. During this time, you will get to know our story, our work, and feel our passion for creating with local ingredients. You will have the opportunity to taste traditional, rare or less well-known fruit species from our valley, as well as innovative and unusual modern combinations.

We offer tastings for gropus of 2-8 guests. Food is served outdoors with a view on the Vipava Valley. Totally VEGAN or VEGETARIAN tastings may be arranged.
