Your breath-taking, adventure begins with a pickup right from the cruise ship terminal in Puntarenas or Caldera and a relaxing drive through the wonderful Costa Rican countryside. With the narration of our professional tourist guide, you will be transported to Vista Los Sueños Adventure Park.
Embark on an adrenaline-fueled mountain biking (MTB) adventure through the heart of the jungle, where lush vegetation, challenging trails, and the thrill of the ride converge for an unforgettable experience. Gear up and kick off your mountain biking journey at the edge of the jungle. Navigate through winding paths, where the terrain offers a mix of exhilarating descents and challenging ascents.
After this great adventure, our tour will continue with a short drive to Tarcoles River, where a 60 minutes eco boat tour will allow you to enjoy the abundant wildlife of the area, including the huge crocodiles, multiple aquatic birds, scarlet macaws, howler monkeys and other amazing tropical species.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
In Puntarenas there are 2 ports. Puntarenas City and Puerto Caldera (located about 3 miles from Puntarenas). We operate both ports. In case you have confirmed one port, and at the end the Captain decide to charge port, no worries. We will make the change and arrange the pick up where the ship docks. Here are the instructions for the 2 ports: Puntarenas Pier: Right in front of the ship, close to Gangway you will see our staff holding a sign with your name on it. Please do not walk to the pier entrance. We must pick up inside the pier. Caldera: Pick up is at the entrance of the pier. It is a short distance from the ship. Vista Los Sueños is a beautil adventure center located in the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, near Playa Herradura and jaco Beach. In here you will enjoy multiple tours including zipline canopy, horseback riding, ATV, Buggy Tours, Chocolate Tour and mountain bike.

2Tarcoles
The river's upper reaches form the northern border of the Carara National Park. It is a habitat for American crocodiles, while the marshes located at the river's mouth have many waterfowl and wading birds. Among the many herons and egrets are the boatbill and bare-throated tiger heron, and other birds found here include double-striped thick-knee, mangrove warbler and American pygmy kingfisher. The total list known of birds well exceeds 320 species including the little known Guacalillo Canals. The avian biodiversity is substantial including rare birds such as Agami Heron, Rufous-necked Woodrail, Jabiru, Yellow-billed Cotinga and recently found an Orinoco Goose. It's also home of Howler and White-faced Capuchin Monkeys. Less commonly seen are Silky Anteater, Sloths, Grinson, Jaguarundi, River Otter and Northern Tamandua
