Our company offers meet and greet service at the George F. L. Charles Airport, and is a registered tour operator located at the airport.
We track all flights for guests who reserve airport transfer or shuttle taxi service. If our guest's flight is delayed, don't worry, we will wait for you. Our fleet includes quality vehicles for our guest's full comfort.

Meeting and pickup
Flight Tracking, we track the flight for all our arriving guests. If your flight is delayed, don’t worry, we will not leave.
On arrival at the Hewanorra International Airport, after clearing Customs/Immigration, our representative will be waiting to greet you with a sign of your name. Your confirmation document will detail the meeting point instructions.
For departure from the hotel to the airport, customers will have detailed instructions on their confirmation document of notification for pickup time based on flight departure. Driver will meet you in the front desk area of the resort. Please note that airport regulations require that all passengers check-in 2 hours prior to the flight departure.
What to expect

On arrival at the George F. L. Charles airport in St. Lucia, after clearing Customs/Immigration, collect your luggage at the baggage claim and then, George F. L. Charles (SLU) airport, you locate our representative waiting for you outside the baggage claim/customs area to greet you. The rep should have a sign with your name.
For Departure, our confirmed customer will be sent pickup time at least 24 hours prior to the day of their departure. Guest should be present in the front desk area at the stated pickup time to meet their drive. If the customer did not receive the notification confirming your return transfer, please contact us via the email or by phone to confirm pickup time. Please note that the airport regulations require that all passengers to check-in 2 hours prior to the flight departure.
