This city tour is ideal for getting a first impression of the city of Cape Town. On foot and by car, we explore all the districts worth seeing and end the day at the famous harbor mile "V&A Waterfront".
If the weather is good, we will first take the gondola up Table Mountain and enjoy the fantastic view of the city. Alternatively, we can visit Signal Hill, which is also ideal for a good view of the city and an introduction to the city's history.
We then go to the colorful Cape Malay district "Bo-Kaap", where we try Cape Malay specialties and take Instagram-worthy photos.
We then stroll through the Company's Garden on foot, marvel at the old parliament buildings, take a look at St. George's Cathedral and grab souvenir bargains on Greenmarket Square.
We drive to the V&A Waterfront, where we end the tour (optional) with a short, entertaining harbor tour.
Individual pickup at 9:00 from the hotel within 10km of the city center. Pick-up from the cruise dock is also possible.

If a trip to Table Mountain is not possible due to weather-related reasons, alternatively a trip to Signal Hill.
If desired, a short stop at the beach at Camps Bay, where the rich and famous reside.
Stroll through the colorful, historic Cape Malay district "Bo-Kaap". Not only are there the best photo opportunities here, but also typical Cape Malay snacks such as koeksisters or samosas.
The "garden of the company" used to be a vegetable growing area. Today it is a public park in the middle of the city, popular with locals and visitors alike. Parliament is right next door.
The doors of St. George's Cathedral are often open and we take a look inside this historically important church. It was from here that Desmond Tutu, the country's first black archbishop, organized peaceful marches against the apartheid regime in the 1980s.
On the way to Greenmarket Square we walk through the pedestrian zone to get an impression of the everyday business there.
A small ferry leaves the Cape Town Aquarium every 20 minutes and carries out entertaining harbor tours. Seal sightings are almost guaranteed. A trip is optional and has to be paid extra (approx. 3.50 euros).
