We will pick you up from your Marrakech hotel in the morning to begin our three-day tour of Morocco, which will take us from Marrakech to the desert. As we make our way across the Tizi n'Tichka pass, we take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
During this day, we will also go through Berber communities, and during our time there, we will observe and learn about the manufacturing of argan oil by Berber women working in their cooperative. You will spend some time exploring the UNESCO World Heritage Site that is the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, which is the largest Kasbah in all of Morocco.
We take a tour of Ouarzazate, also known as the "Hollywood of Africa," and during our time there, we visit a number of film studios as well as a kasbah.
Traveling along what is known as the "Road of a Thousand Kasbahs." We make a pit stop in Kalaat M'Gouna, which is famous for the festival that takes place there every year. Our day comes to a close at the Dades Valley, where we check into the hotel in the Dades Gorge for the night. Included in our stay are dinner and breakfast.
After finishing our meal, we will continue our journey through the Dades Valley to view a rock structure known as "The Monkey Toes."
After that, we will travel via the Todgha valley, where we will get breathtaking views of the ancient Berber towns. We have arrived at the Todgha Gorge, and there is a crimson cliff that towers over us at a height of 300 meters. Rock climbing is a popular activity that draws a lot of people to this area.
After that, we keep on in the direction of Erfoud, the capital of fossils, as well as Rissani. We are going to make our way toward the town of Merzouga in the car. We get ready for a camel ride through the desert with an experienced guide. In the middle of the desert, you will spend the night in a Berber nomad tent.
Your camel guide in the Merzouga desert will wake you up early in the morning so that we may see the desert dawn. After that, we continue the tour after riding camels back to our desert hotel, where we had breakfast earlier.
We make our way via Errachidia, continue on through the Ziz Valley, and cross the Tizi Ntalghamt pass before arriving at Midelt in the Atlas Mountains.
We take a car and head to the Berber settlement of Azrou to see the barbarian apes who live in the nearby cedar forest. We are now making our way to Ifrane, which is sometimes referred to as the Switzerland of Morocco.
