You will feel like traveling back in time while walking through its medieval streets. You shouldn’t miss the Cartoisse Gardens, and the beautiful viewpoint overlooking the valley located at the end of Jovellanos street, as well as tasting a “coca de patata”, a typical sponge cake from Valldemossa that you will be able to get at any of the local bakeries.
