The combination of daily meditation, yoga, stretching, mantra chanting and trekking in the powerful atmosphere of the Himalayas provides a fulfilling physical activity and soothes the mind.
Our Yoga Trekking is open to everyone, whether yoga beginners or advanced, we will teach in a way, that everyone will be satisfied.
In the spectacular landscape of the Himalayas, we will experience hiking as a form of meditation.
In our 2 yoga classes a day, we will practice asanas, exercising balance and flexibility, as well as strength and stamina.
In the fresh and clean mountain air, we will explore soothing and energy-generating breathing techniques that will lead us further to meditation.
The common chanting of mantras around the campfire is the perfect ending for a day in nature with hiking, Yoga classes, good company and healthy meals.
We will wander through enchanting landscapes with green pastures, ancient forests, wild rivers, deep gorges and snow-capped peaks, far away from civilization.

    Trekking Day 1

    Today is our first Yoga Trekking Day. We will meet you at 9:30 after breakfast at the meeting Point. From here we have a small 7 km transfer to the starting point of our trek. we will hike for about 3 hours and reach a beautiful meadow in the forest. Here we will set up our Camp. We enjoy a Yoga class and dinner at the camp fire

    After a morning yoga class we start for our second hiking day. We will follow the paths deeper into the Hamta Valley. Today hike is 3 hours long and a little bit steeper. We camp above the tree line with a beautiful view done in the valley. Evening Yoga Class. Our camp cook will prepare delicious Indian meals for us.

    Today is our last day, After a morning Yoga class and a healthy breakfast, we descend down to the village Prini. From here we have a 4 km transfer back to Old Manali. We reach back in the afternoon
