The combination of daily meditation, yoga, stretching, mantra chanting and trekking in the powerful atmosphere of the Himalayas provides a fulfilling physical activity and soothes the mind.
Our Yoga Trekking is open to everyone, whether yoga beginners or advanced, we will teach in a way, that everyone will be satisfied. In our two yoga classes a day, we will practice asanas, exercising balance and flexibility, as well as strength and stamina.
In the fresh and clean mountain air, we will explore soothing and energy-generating breathing techniques that will lead us further to meditation.
The common chanting of mantras around the campfire is the perfect ending for a day in nature with hiking, Yoga classes, good company and healthy meals. And all this will happen in the middle of the beautiful surroundings of the Indian Himalayas. We will wander through enchanting landscapes with green pastures, ancient forests, wild rivers, deep gorges and snow-capped peaks, far away from civilisation.
Today our 4 days Trek starts. We hike to the beautiful Kareri village. It is a moderate walk leading us up and down through forest. Near the village we will camp and practice Yoga in the afternoon. Dinner will be prepared by our trekking cook and we will enjoy it at the camp fire.
Today we hike to the beautiful Kareri Lake on 3100 m. it will be all climb till we reach the holy lake, but the route itself is short and we can take many breaks. In the morning and afternoon we enjoy a yoga class.
Today we walk down to the village Bahl and enjoy the beautiful nature and the villages on the way. Again the day will be framed by 2 Yoga classes. In the evening we have a camp fire.
Our last day of hiking and yoga. after a yoga class and a healthy breakfast, we hike back to Mcleod Ganj.
