If you have booked the arrival transfer (airport - hotel): The meeting point will be at the exit of the airport. Our representative will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it. If your reservation is leaving the City (hotel - airport): The pick-up will be directly in the lobby of your hotel, our representative will pick you up at your hotel.
