    Mindo Nambillo Cloud Forest Reserve

    First stop will be the Lightning Waterfall Reserve here we will make a short walk through the vegetation to reach the stunning Waterfall this is the perfect place to take pictures and breathe the pure mountain air. Second stop Reserve Alambi a real sanctuary for bird lovers. Here, dozens of drinking holes attract an astonishing array of hummingbird species. Third stop will be at the Butterfly House where hundreds of butterflies, including the stunning Blue Morphus, fly freely around you here. Learn about their life cycle and see all their stages, from egg to caterpillar to chrysalis. Then we will visit a local orchidist. A specialist guide will show you the incredible diversity of Ecuadorian orchids, many of them endemic to the region. You’ll be amazed at the variety of sizes, shapes and colors, including species as small as a pinhead.

    Intinan Equator Museum

    This interactive cultural center offers a more playful and ethnographic view of the equatorial line. Here you can stand with one foot in the northern hemisphere and another in the south, Observe the famous Coriolis effect with water draining in different directions, Try to balance an egg on the head of a nail and know about the ancient cultures of Ecuador.
