In this experience, you will be introduced to the world of Science meets Nature, by our very own distillery experts in Dublin 8. At our Gin School: Distilling Academy you will create your own unique spirit (Gin or Vodka) recipe choosing from over 120 botanicals ranging from the traditional to the obscure.

While your spirit is distilling, you will be taken on a tour of Stillgarden Distillery, see a demonstration of our state-of-the-art lab equipment and participate in a Cocktail Masterclass where you will learn to create Stillgarden's signature drinks at home. Tickets include drinks and special tastings throughout, a historical adventure, botanical explorations, discovery moments, a charcuterie board all ending with you creating your own bottle of spirit distilled by you, which you can enjoy time and time again.

What to expect

Welcome drink upon arrival and drinks and cocktails throughout (N/A options available). Tour of the distillery and botanical explorations in the community garden. Food is a charcuterie board(for that all important soakage), we can cater for all dietary requirements just let us know in advance. Special tasting and drinks demonstrations where you can learn to create our signature drinks at home. Distil your own unique spirit recipe which is then bottled and labelled for you on site. Also includes cocktail masterclass.
