We meet our students at Balu' Bistrot Shop, via Matteotti 29, 73100 Lecce. Please arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time. Suggested parking area: around the location Balu' or private parking Parkejoo Lecce.
What to expect
Balu's cooking team will teach students in English how to make a pasta dough from scratch step by step following simple instructions. While making the pasta, your cooking coach will teach you how to make a dough just using simple technicques and three ingredients only.
From arrival to tasting the Pasta that we make in the class, you will taste Balu's selection of wines and local foods.
