The tour starts with pick up from centrally located hotels in Mumbai. Lonavala is around 90 km away from Mumbai and the drive to Lonavala is scenic. You will come across lush green trees, mountains, lakes, and beautiful waterfalls (during monsoon). This tour offers a visit to a couple of viewpoints, a lake & a dam, a temple, and ancient Buddhist caves.
From the vantage points in Lonavala i.e.Tiger’s point and Lion’s point that offers a panoramic view of the valley and the mountains to the Bhushi Dam that gives the majestic view of the water falling off the steps, this tour is a delight to every visitor to dive into nature away from the city hustle-bustle.

1Shree Narayani Dham Temple
The first stop will be the beautiful four-storeyed temple - Shree Narayani Dham Temple dedicated to Goddess Narayani. Built-in 2002, it is a Hindu temple with a white marble structure, lush green gardens, and a spacious hall sufficient enough to host more than 10,000 devotees.

Built-in the late 1860's, Bhushi Dam is the most visited tourist spot in Lonavala. This place cheers up in monsoon and is the hot spot for tourists all over the country. The captivating view and the overflowing water over the steps of Bhushi Dam and then through the rocky terrain is not to be missed when in Lonavala.

3Lion's Point
A must-visit point in Lonavala, Lion's point is a vantage point located midway between Bhushi Dam and Aamby Valley. The point gives a breathtaking and panoramic view of the valley and nature around the city. The view during monsoons, sunrise, and sunset is mesmerizing and a treat to every photographer. It is less crowded than the other famous point in Lonavala - The Tiger's point.

4Tiger’s Point
Tiger's point is the highest point in Lonavala giving the best view of nature around. This vantage point has earned its name as the mountains appear to be in the shape of a leaping tiger. One can view the valley, lush green forests, lakes, and waterfalls from this point. The sunrise and sunset views from here are mesmerizing.

5Lonavala
Apart from being a tourist spot for its picturesque natural beauty, Lonavala is also famous for its traditional candy - the chikki and fudge. Stop by at the local market where the guests can shop from small local to big shops and carry back home souvenirs, clothes, and food.

6Karla Caves
Also known as Karli Caves, Karle Caves, or Karla Cells, Karla Caves are one of the oldest Buddhist rock-cut caves constructed between the 2nd century to 5th century AD. Sitting high up on the hill, one has to climb 150 steps to reach the ancient 15 caves of historical and cultural importance. The Karla caves consist of an extensive collection of beautiful Chaityas (halls) and Viharas (monasteries) reflecting upon a journey of the past. The caves also house a humongous 15 - meter pillar along with a temple dedicated to Goddess Ekveera.
