    We then proceed to Diepkloof Extensions known as the “Rich Man’s Acre” or” Diepkloof Expensive” see all the expensive houses and hear about some of the celebrities residing in, Diepkloof was established in 1959 as a resettlement township to accommodate victims of forced removals, mainly from Alexandra. Diepkloof Ext was established in the 1980s. We stop opposite Diepkloof hostel hear about Diepkloof man’s hostel. Proceed to Baragwanath Hospital, but we first stop at Mr. Percy’s house who then takes us on a tour on his matchbox house opposite.

    Hector Pieterson Museum and Memorial

  • Baragwanath (Pass by)

    After Mr. Percy’s house, we then walk across the street to Baragwanath Hospital and the biggest taxi rank in Soweto used as an interchange for public transport modes. Baragwanath Hospital the biggest hospital in South Africa.

    Mandela House

    We then proceed to Elias Motsoaled Squatter Camp and Mandela house. Mandela house strives to be a world-class visitor attraction, and a leading centre for the preservation, and research of the history, heritage and legacy of the great Mandela Family, it is a Museum with all furniture and you can experience the life of the first black president of South Africa. While there you will experience how Sowetan people live like eating Kota (is a traditional bunny chow) and more. Hector Pieterson museum you will see the history of the 1976 students uprising against the old government, take pictures, experience Vilakazi street where you will find everything related to African culture, and many more.
