For International Arrivals between Gate 5 and Gate 6, the staff will be holding a signboard with customers' names.
The driver will wait up to 2.5 hours after flight landing

Look for the staff opposite TRUE shop (next to the information center) holding a name signboard.
For delays, email or send an SMS to the operator to check the driver's availability (an overtime surcharge will apply)

Full refunds issued if you notify within 24 hours of flight landing and for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances
