  Nature Trails Ang Ka

  at 10:30 The Angka Nature Trail is where a Karen tribe locale resides. Learn a bit about the tribes people’s culture and way of life, as you explore Mae Klang Luang Village. Finish the day by mingling with the people of the Hmong Tribe in the upland market, and browse its wealth of fine textiles, exotic foods, and local handicrafts.

  Twin Royal Stupas (Phra Maha Dhatu Nabha Metaneedol and Nabhapol Bhumisiri

  at 11:30 Continue the trip with a visit to the twin pagodas (Phra Mahathat Napha Methanidon and Phra Mahathat Naphaphon Bhumisiri), built for King Bhumibol Adulyadej and Queen Sirikit to commemorate their fifth cycle birthdays. Each pagoda also enshrines Buddha’s relics.

  at 12:30 After exploring here, drive down the hill and take a short break to visit a local market, Hmong Market, where fruits, vegetables, flowers, and other local products are sold by the Hmong villagers. Stop for lunch at the local restaurant.

  Ban Mae Klang Luang

  at 14:00 In the afternoon, visit the famous Karen Hill Tribe village, at the Mae Klang Luang village. Here, villagers make their living growing rice and coffee. Visit the rice terrace and coffee orchard; then taste some fresh coffee, before continuing to Wachirathan Waterfall to enjoy the scenery.

  Wachirathan Falls

  Visit the rice terrace and coffee orchard; then taste some fresh coffee, before continuing to Wachirathan Waterfall to enjoy the scenery. Tour ends with a return transfer to Chiang Mai, an approximately 1.5 to 2-hour drive depending on the traffic conditions. Upon arrival in Chiang Mai, you will be dropped off at your centrally located hotel
