el Sol Sunset Yoga is a unique, guided program including a bit of walk to Portimao's most beautiful beach, 50 min Hatha Yoga and 15 min Meditation while the sun is going down. Breathtaking view and magical environment! It is definitely a must to do on your holiday!
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Please meet your instructor 5 minutes before the given time just across the Bistro Italiano Restaurant next to the Ice Cream Stand. At the beginning of Praia da Rocha promenade!! NOT down the wooden walking path/beach!! In case you have difficulties you can always call or text me.
What to expect
We are starting our class with a little walk to a more hidden spot at Praia da Rocha, surrounded with an amazing cliff and a view over the ocean. The class is a Hatha Yoga-based class that is open to all levels of practice, beginner to advanced. When the sun is setting, there is a magical feeling in the air, the light is changing and another small cycle closes after a busy day. This is the perfect time to practice and remind yourself of the journey of letting go. Come and join us and enjoy the wind in your hair, the sun on your face, the sound of the waves and the smell of the fresh ocean. Please sign up in advanced! Starting time might change depending on weather, tide and sunset time, which I will text you a day before the booked class.
