Our local guide will lead you through the lively Tsukiji Outer Market, where you’ll explore bustling alleyways filled with long-standing food stalls and specialty shops. Travelers will sample a variety of Japanese street foods, interact with vendors, and learn about the market’s deep cultural and culinary history. This stop includes tastings such as fresh seafood, traditional snacks, and local ingredients like bonito flakes, dashi, and matcha. The guide will also explain the market’s origins, its transition from the inner wholesale area, and the significance of Tsukiji in Japanese food culture.
