Explore the world’s most famous cenote dive system with experienced guides in small groups. Dos Ojos is known for its incredible visibility, stunning cave formations, and unique cavern passages.
Dive route options include:
• Barbie Line – Dramatic stalactites and iconic light beams
• Bat Cave – Cavern dive beneath a bat-filled dome
• Dos Ojos Main Circuit – Crystal-clear water and stunning formations
Dos Ojos, meaning “Two Eyes” in Spanish, gets its name from the two neighboring sinkholes of Barbie Line and Bat Cave, which form the entrance to an extensive underground cave system.
These entrances lead into a vast network of crystal-clear caverns where divers explore two of the most iconic routes in cenote diving.

Meeting and pickup
Our meeting point in Playa del Carmen is in the corner of 2nd Street and 25th Ave in front of the juice shop named "Fruit Stand" Meeting time is at 8:00am
What to expect
• The drive to the Cenote is around 45min, during this time we will share more information with you about the program of the day and the dives, as well as some history and importance of the Cenotes and the Mayan culture.
• Your guide will discuss with you about your previous dive experience, and will offer tips to help you feel more comfortable during these dives.
• Once on site, you will prepare your equipment. Together we will check that all the gear is well ready to go, your guide will check the tank’s pressure and do a detailled inspection.
• We will walk around the premises to see the Cenotes and get familiarized with the entry point and the dive path.
• We will do a security and dive briefing before the first dive.
• The surface interval will be determined based on the first dive.
• After finishing the two dives on two different lines, we will share a meal together in a typical Mexican restaurant (Covid 19 restrictions are limiting us in the choice of restaurants, you may be given Sandwiches).
• The time back in Playa del Carmen is between 2:30pm and 3pm.
