Your private transfer includes pick-up from any London Heathrow Airport terminal and drop-off at Southampton Cruise Port or any location within the Southampton area, or the other way around.
All passengers in the booking must be collected from the same location at the same time.
This service must be booked at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Included Waiting Time at Heathrow Airport: 30 minutes calculated from scheduled pickup time - please allow yourself some time to clear customs and collect the luggage before driver collection. Please provide FLight Details for timely collection.
For pick-ups from Southampton Cruise Port, please provide your cruise ship’s name so we can confirm the correct terminal and berth. Free waiting included: 15 minutes from scheduled pickup time - please allow yourself some time to clear customs and collect the luggage before driver collection.
Waiting time is calculated from the scheduled pickup time stated on your booking. Please check our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Additional waiting time and parking charges may apply if the included waiting period is exceeded.

If our driver is unable to locate or contact you at the pickup location, your booking may be treated as a Customer No-Show in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Please make sure the luggage selected when booking accurately reflects what you will be travelling with.

1 Small Luggage / Hand Luggage:
Up to 10 kg
Maximum dimensions: 55 × 40 × 20 cm
If you are travelling with additional or oversized luggage, please select a suitable vehicle or contact us before booking.
What to expect
When booking a Transfer, please make sure you book a vehicle which can accommodate ALL TRAVELLERS + THEIR LUGGAGE. Failing to do so might result in NOT BEING ABLE TO TRAVEL. The driver can refuse to take you on board if you show up with more luggage than stated in the booking.

NOTE: 1 Big Luggage means up to MAX 20KG (Size L (75) measures MAX 75x51x28 cm), 1 Small Luggage means hand luggage up to 10KG. (Size S (50) measures MAX 55x40x20 cm.)
