There are places in Polignano a mare that can be touched and excited only if seen with the Sup because it manages to put you in contact with nature and adventure.
We will cross places that only with the Sup you can do, you will take baths and all that only with the Sup you can do.

What to expect
We meet at the meeting point and first have a theoretical lesson and then practice in the water.
Once you have acquired the basic techniques to face the tour, you will start on an excursion with the instructor who will follow you along the way giving you tips to improve the technique. We will visit the most important caves of Polignano a Mare, swim, dive, fully explore some stretches of the coast and take fantastic photos.
