What to expect

Why not take the opportunity to go scuba diving during your stay in Aruba? This scuba diving course is a great introduction to this popular water sport, and no previous experience is necessary. Nothing compares to the feeling of weightless freedom underwater!

The experience begins with two hours of pool instruction, where you’ll learn the basics of scuba diving, including how to manage pressure, breathe underwater, and use your equipment. You’ll then take a 1.5-hour boat trip for a one-tank open-water dive lasting approximately 30–40 minutes. The dive takes place at a shallow reef or wreck in depths of about 20–30 feet, with an instructor accompanying you underwater at all times.

The dive boat features easy access to the dive platform, twin drop down ladders, a two tiered photo table for camera and video equipment, a restroom, and fresh water showers for rinsing off. All instruction and necessary equipment are included.
