We offer skippered yacht sailing experiences on Pittwater exclusively for you. We hoist sails and the yacht sails with guests very welcome to participate or to sit back and enjoy. We focus on attention to detail and individual customer service at all times. All experiences are designed so you can help sail the yacht or sit back relax and enjoy a glass of your favourite drink. Enjoy the waters of Pittwater and Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, Barrenjoey Headland, Scotland Island, and Sydney's Northern Beaches.
Barrenjoey Headland has the Lighthouse at the top, enjoy a walk after your Charter and enjoy the spectacular view. We may be lucky and see the seal colony lazing on the rocks or swimming in the water.
The Western side of Pittwater is mostly Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park with several settlements with water access only.
Great spot to anchor for a swim and lunch in clean fresh water, swim to the beach, and walk along it. The secluded beach is only accessible by water so no crowds.
Picturesque camping ground with wallabies and goannas, a great day trip by ferry. Behind the campground is a shallow lagoon, great for young children. If the yacht moors in Coaster's Retreat you will need to swim ashore to get to The Basin.
Sail into Broken Bay and feel the roll of the Ocean (subject to weather), pass by the rugged cliff lines of West Head, and see the remains of WW2 gun fortifications. Sail to Lion Island at the mouth of the Hawkesbury River.
Our guests have an option to sail around Scotland Island*. The Island lies in Pittwater, not far from the mainland suburbs of Church Point and Bayview on the south. Across Pittwater to the West lies Kuring-gai Chase National Park and the Western Foreshore communities. The island is one kilometre in diameter and .5 square kilometres in area or 52.5 square hectares and is 120 metres above sea level at its highest point. The Spotted Gum (Eucalyptus maculata) forest, an Ecologically Endangered Community, covers most of the island. * Please note - Sailing around the Island will take a fair portion of your Tour so a visit to some other locations listed may not be possible.
