Pasta is the undisputed queen of Italy. What's better than learning how to make fresh pasta to make the memory of Italy indelible? To make everything even better, the lesson will be held by a professional chef who will teach us how to make fresh pasta from the raw material to teaching us the various methods for cooking and seasoning it, all done in a professional cooking laboratory. The lesson will take place in approximately 2-3 hours and in the first phase we will be taught how to make the pasta dough, two types of dough will be made, the classic egg pasta and the typical Sicilian durum wheat dough which will be used to make : - Tagliatelle. - Stuffed pasta. - Maltagliati.

What to expect

In the second phase of the lesson, once you have made the fresh pasta with your hands, you can start making the various condiments and learn how to make it: - Ragù. - Norma. -Sicilian pesto. Finally, the chef will complete the cooking of the pasta for you so that you can sit at the table and enjoy tasting the pasta with some excellent Sicilian wine like real villagers.
