Please note start times have been set for reference purposes only, your exact pickup time will be confirmed in the afternoon of the day before your activity date. Roundtrip transportation is available from most centrally located hotels, except for Tulum area. All passengers staying at Tulum must meet the tour at the designated meeting point.

- Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby or meeting point 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
- Roundtrip transportation is available from most centrally located Cancun, Playa Mujeres, Costa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos Riviera Maya and Playa del Carmen Hotels. You will confirm your exact pickup time with the local tour operator.
- If your hotel is outside coverage you will be asked to meet the tour at a nearby location.
- Hotel pickup from Tulum hotels is not available. Passengers staying at Tulum Hotels must meet the tour at the designated meeting point.
