Day 1
Zanzibar to Arusha National Park & Unique Walking Safari

Your safari begins with a transfer from your Zanzibar hotel and a flight to Arusha. Upon arrival, you will be met by our guide, briefed, and taken for breakfast. We then depart for Arusha National Park, known for its diverse landscapes against the backdrop of Mount Meru. The morning features a unique Walking Safari, accompanied by an armed ranger. Explore the bush on foot, viewing waterfalls, detailed ecosystems, and approaching animals like giraffes, buffalo, and zebras. This is a chance to focus on animal tracks and specific plants. Following the walk, we enjoy a pleasant picnic lunch. In the afternoon, we switch to a game drive. We search for the famous black-and-white colobus monkeys in the canopy and visit the Momella Lakes to spot flamingos and hippos. You will also enjoy panoramic views of the Ngurdoto Crater. Should you need a quick stop, your guide is happy to assist before we drive directly to the park gate. Upon arrival, permits will be arranged, and we immediately begin exciting game drives. Tarangire is famous for its massive herds of elephants and iconic baobab trees. You will also search for majestic lions, elusive leopards, zebras, wildebeest, and elegant giraffes. For bird lovers, the park is a paradise with a wide variety of bird species. Around midday, enjoy a delicious picnic lunch amidst the park's breathtaking scenery. After lunch, we continue exploring the diverse landscapes and abundant wildlife until the evening. At the end of the day, we transfer you to your accommodation near the park. Journey to Lake Natron & Ancient Footprints

The journey takes you through rugged landscapes and Maasai villages, offering authentic glimpses of everyday life. Upon arrival around midday, you can enjoy lunch or immediately take a short walk to the Engaresero Footprints Site. These ancient human footprints (over 400 in total) are preserved in volcanic ash and offer a fascinating look into early human history. After visiting the footprints and enjoying a relaxing lunch, the afternoon features a gentle walk along the shores of Lake Natron. Here, you will see flamingos and pelicans wading in the shallow waters. The lake’s vibrant pink hues and the dramatic backdrop of Ol Doinyo Lengai, the sacred Maasai volcano, create stunning photo opportunities. We begin our extensive game drive immediately upon entry. Final Serengeti Game Drive & Ngorongoro Transition

Your day begins with breakfast and early with a final, extended morning game drive across the Serengeti plains. This time of day is crucial for wildlife viewing, as the predators are most active before the heat sets in. We maximize our last hours searching for any animals we may have missed and enjoying the vast, iconic scenery one last time. Resident herds of buffalo, giraffe, and various antelopes remain scattered across the plains. We specifically look for Big Cats finishing their night hunts or heading toward shelter. After lunch, we begin the scenic drive out of the Serengeti and toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA). The drive offers stunning views as we ascend the crater highlands. We exit the park and proceed to your accommodation situated near the NCA, often in the scenic Karatu area. You will check in, relax, enjoy a final delicious dinner and an overnight stay

Day 7
Exploring the Eighth Wonder of the World

Ngorongoro Crater
Your final adventure day begins with breakfast, followed by a scenic drive to the Eighth Wonder of the World, the Ngorongoro Crater. Upon arrival, your guide arranges the permits, and we immediately start an exciting descent for game drives. The crater floor offers unmatched, dense wildlife viewing, making it the best location to see the "Big Five": lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and the elusive black rhino. You will also encounter hyenas, zebras, wildebeest, and various bird species across this natural caldera. Around midday, enjoy a delicious lunch at the hippo pool, taking in the sights and sounds of the magnificent animals. After lunch, the game drive continues, allowing you to maximize your sightings. Afterward, we begin the transfer drive out of the crater and proceed directly to Arusha Airport for your return flight to Zanzibar.
