Forget the Paper Maps. Get to Port Saplaya independently following a safe, bike-friendly route using your Self Guided Bike Tour. Simply by using your mobile phone and scanning a QR code. Bike Rental all day and Mobile Phone Holders are included for free.
Leave your bike rental shop and follow bike paths through Valencia Beaches on the promenade. If you got up early (or late ;) have a snack at the popular beachside restaurant La Más Bonita.
Continue through Patacona passing a cute church on the River Carraixet and stopping at Port Saplaya Beach to try the traditional drink of the area, Horchata.
Cycle along the canal passing the colourful houses with yachts parked outside. Next the Green Ring Route, a wide red route through the fields passing various crops (including Tiger Nut (ingredient of Horchata).
Pass traditional restaurants (one with vegan options) and finally taking the Via Verde ( Disused Train Line) and ending at the Turia River Park before returning to bike shop

Cross into the countryside. Pass fields of crops, enjoy the peaceful clean air on a wide red bike path joining the Green Ring Suburban Bike Path of Valencia

Ride the disused train line (Via Verde) which is also an old Roman Road Route to Valencia. Thirsty again, check out the Horchateria in the fields with its own animals and zero traffic
