With your Sicilian father, a great local pastry chef, you will create the famous Cannoli, learning the secrets to prepare the waffle and cream that make Cannolo the most famous Sicilian dessert in the world.
You will also learn the making of “Angel Wings”, typical sweets that in Sicilian are called “Chiacchiere”, and that are popular during Carnival.
And then everyone at the table, facing the Mediterranean Sea, to enjoy your creations accompanied by a Limoncello tasting.

Preparation of six different types of fresh pasta handmade by customers, under the supervision of the Chef, and seasoned with fresh tomato sauce;
Cannoli of the Sicilian tradition;
