With Chef Mimmo you will learn the art of preparing fresh pasta while savoring the flavors and scents of a beautiful land.
With your Sicilian father, a great local pastry chef, you will create the famous Cannoli, learning the secrets to prepare the waffle and cream that make Cannolo the most famous Sicilian dessert in the world.
You will also learn the making of “Angel Wings”, typical sweets that in Sicilian are called “Chiacchiere”, and that are popular during Carnival.
And then everyone at the table, facing the Mediterranean Sea, to enjoy your creations accompanied by a Limoncello tasting.

What to expect

Live a unique and memorable experience in Taormina, where the Sicilian culinary tradition will envelop you with its scents and flavors!
Meeting in Piazza San Antonio Abate in Taormina at 18 : 00. You will be welcomed and transferred to the "Ahoy Bistró Siciliano", with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Together with Chef Mimmo you will prepare six types of fresh pasta, using local ingredients such as cherry tomatoes from Pachino and pistachio from Bronte site at the foot of Mount Etna.
With his Sicilian father, a great local pastry chef, you will learn the art of preparing Cannolo, the typical Sicilian dessert. You will create the crispy waffle, cream and fill the cannoli with your own hands.
In addition, the pastry chef will teach you how to make the typical "Angel Wings" cookies (or "Chiacchiere" in Sicily), typical Sicilian Carnival cookies.
Enjoy your creations with a glass of Limoncello while watching the sunset over the Mediterranean Sea.
At the end of the evening, you will be escorted back to the center of Taormina, with a full stomach and a heart full of joy.
