Montenejos, an alpine-style village just an hour from Valencia, is renowned for its thermal springs and picturesque hiking trails—an ideal destination for our day trip.

Departing from near the heart of Valencia, our journey begins in a comfortable 9-seat air-conditioned minibus. Upon arrival in Montenejos, we'll start with a leisurely coffee before embarking on our hike, which typically spans around 3 hours. Depending on weather conditions, we have two captivating options: the Barranco de la Maimona, an awe-inspiring 11km canyon trek with river crossings and a 300-meter ascent, or the Morron de Campos, offering stunning panoramic vistas as the highest peak in the area.

Following our hike, we'll have the opportunity to relax and rejuvenate with a refreshing swim in the thermal pools of la Fuente de Los Baños.

Pack your own lunch, wear sturdy walking shoes, apply sunscreen, bring a hat, carry around 1 litre of water and don your bathing costume if you plan to take a dip.
