Muriel, the passionate winemaker, will share her know-how and secrets DE vinification in a beautifully decorated festive setting. Each wine will be sublimated by DE exquisite pairings with foie gras, smoked duck breast DE and seasonal sweets, creating a unique sensory experience where the aromas and traditions of Christmas meet. A friendly moment to explore the richness of the Alsatian terroir and savour the holiday spirit.

From Colmar, south, follow the Alsace Wine Route to Gueberschwihr. Estate located on the road named Brunnmattweg. EN car: search for “Brunnmattweg 1, 68420 Gueberschwihr” in your GPS. EN bus stop "Chapelle" at 700 m / 8 min walk EN down the Route de Rouffach
What to expect
On the program, a unique gourmet tasting DE finely combining 6 organic wines from Alsace with delicious Christmas delicacies: gingerbread garnished, terrine with foie gras, magret DE duck smoked stuffed with foie gras, kougelhopf, artisanal cookies DE Christmas and other seasonal sweets will ideally accompany these exceptional wines... each bite has been selected to magnify the characteristics DE each wine, creating a moment DE discovery and DElight.
This animation is also an opportunity DE discover the universe of a Committed family estate, DE share a friendly moment, and why not, DE leave with a few bottles to ennoble your tables DE parties.
