What to expect
After departing from the busy city of Marrakech, we will travel along the route that leads southward and past the highlands of the high Atlas, where we will encounter the Berber people and their culture. The journey, which spans more than 160 kilometers, leads us to the pinnacles of the Atlas Mountains, a breathtaking mountain range that acts as a barrier to preserve the Berber people and their way of life. We visit a very arid part of Morocco where the locals have learned to appreciate the elements and carve out life-giving oasis. We'll discover rural Morocco, take advantage of the high mountain roads, and follow our noses to the stunning scenery as we follow the beat of the BMS GS.
