Surf Lessons in Santa Teresa Costa Rica

Itinerary:

1-We will meet at the point to pick up the boards, head to the beach, general info, indications, some stretching.

2-Surf Etiquette and Safe Rules:
We will have a theory and practice session on the beach. Etiquettes, behavior, reading waves, positioning, pop up/stand up.

3-Vamos...surf practice session!
