Each Traveller will be able to meet their driver at the dock in front of the ship. The driver will have a sign with the name of the customer and will take care to contact you with a message for any need. If you are leaving from a hotel, your driver will wait for you outside after sending you a message to let you know that he has arrived.

What to expect

Your driver will pick you up and will take care to make you sit down and put your bags in the minivan. On the way there is a stop for a coffee and toilet, but if you need it you can stop at other times.
Upon arrival in Florence you will be dropped off in front of your hotel and helped to unload your suitcases from the Minivan.
The driver is in charge of taking care of you and meeting all your needs
