Marvel at the towering sandstone walls, and the diverse flora and fauna that call this canyon home. The Narrows has been sculpted over millions of years by the relentless flow of the Virgin River, creating one of the most iconic landscapes in the American Southwest.
Prepare to get wet! Hiking the Narrows involves traversing the Virgin River, making it a refreshing and exhilarating adventure. We will be waist deep at times.

** Water gear is NOT provided. Please reach out to Zion Outfitter in Springdale to rent your river gear. They have 2 package options based on the time of year. You WILL want bibs in fall, winter and spring!

Meeting and pickup
The meeting place is the Springdale Visitor Center bathrooms. Please see Zion Outfitter BEFORE coming, to rent your Narrows gear package. Gear rental price is not included in the tour price.

Zion Canyon Scenic Drive (Pass by)
Zion Scenic Byway This Utah State designated byway starts in La Verkin and ends at the east entrance of Zion National Park. The drive features towering sandstone cliffs, mesa, and the Virgin River. It also includes access to the Grafton ghost town, historic cemeteries, and other cultural and historical sites. Some say the views along the drive are stunning, and look like a movie scene. Others say the drive is worth it, and that they saw beautiful rock formations and deer next to the road.
