On the way, you will experience the enchanting highlands and beautiful scenery of the Southern Andes of Ecuador. Ingapirca is the most important Inca structure in the country. It consists of a main elliptical platform known as the “Sun’s Temple”. Alongside are courtyards, terraces, and various other ruins we will also explore.
After lunch at a local restaurant, we will continue on the Pan-American highway to Riobamba. Along the way, we will stop at Colta, a small town where the Spanish founded the first city in Ecuador. Here you will also find "Balbanera" the first catholic church built by the Spanish. We will also visit a local artisan that makes "Tagua crafts" also known as natural ivory.

Later on, we will drive for about an hour, making several stops along the "Route of the Waterfalls". After a two-kilometer hike we will reach the “Pailon del Diablo” waterfall, one of the ten largest waterfalls found in Ecuador. We will then check you in at your hotel.
