Are you a beginner and want to start taking a serious approach to MTB? Are you a self-taught man who lacks a solid foundation? Here's the course for you: you'll learn how to handle a mountain bike in the best way on dirt roads. From the position to be held in the saddle to overcoming technical steps. You will be followed by one of our instructors: all our instructors have an important background in the world of MTB and a lot of experience.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Once you reach the top of the village of Capoliveri, continue in the direction of the Calamita mine / Ripe Alte (as indicated). Don't worry if the road becomes a dirt road. Arrived in Tenuta delle Ripalte (asphalt road), the Bike Center is located about 200m ahead on the right.
What to expect
These are all topics that will be covered, and adapted, to your/your level of experience:
Basic position (limbs, gaze, center of gravity);
The centrality;
Basic bike setup (levers, tire pressure etc);
Behaviors and attitudes during a descent;
Curving technique;
Management of slope changes.
Steep and changes of slope;
Being soft and fluid;
Bunny hop.
