Pick-up can be arranged at Santiago Airport (Arturo Merino Benítez), at any hotel, or at any address within the city of Santiago.
Drop-off can be in the coastal area (Valparaíso, Viña del Mar, Concón), depending on the selected option. (See available transfer options).
This service is also available in the opposite direction, from the coast with drop-off at Santiago Airport or in the city of Santiago.

How does the service work?
Once the booking is confirmed, all transfer details are coordinated, including pick-up time, exact location, and any special requirements such as child seats or additional luggage.
On the day of service, the driver will arrive punctually at the agreed location.
For airport pickups, flight tracking is used to adjust the pick-up time if necessary. The meeting takes place in the arrivals area, after customs, with clear identification.
For pickups from hotels or private addresses in Concón, Viña del Mar, or Valparaíso, the driver will arrive directly at the accommodation entrance at the scheduled time.
Luggage assistance is provided, and the transfer is carried out in a private vehicle or minivan, depending on the number of passengers.
The journey between Santiago and the coast takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic conditions.
During the trip, passengers can relax or request brief stops if needed.
The service ends with direct arrival at the destination: hotel, residence, or terminal, ensuring a punctual and smooth transfer.
