Excursion in 4x4 vehicles through the interior of Gran Canaria, ideal for discovering natural landscapes, history and charming villages off the tourist routes. Accompanied by an expert local driver, we will travel on secondary roads, ravines, dams and mountainous areas.
The route departs from Maspalomas to Pedro Alfonso’s Barranco de los Lomos, overlooking the Barranco de Aguineguín, until you reach the Chira Dam, one of the most impressive civil engineering works on the island, located in Gran Canaria Biosphere Reserve.
We will continue to Tunte, capital of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, to visit its historic center. Then we will cross the Ravine of a Thousand Palms passing through the picturesque town of Fataga.
The last stop will be at the Degollada Astronomical Viewpoint, overlooking the south coast, the Maspalomas Dunes and the Fataga Ravine, before returning to the hotels.
