We’ll meet at the designated point and head to my home, just 30 minutes from Valencia, near the Albufera Natural Park, surrounded by orange groves and rice fields. From the start, we want you to feel at home, enjoying warm hospitality and the joy of cooking together.
Time to become real chefs: apron on, spoon in hand, fire lit. With stunning views as our backdrop, you'll learn the secrets of authentic Valencian paella, step by step.
While the rice absorbs the flavors, we’ll take a break to enjoy delicious local tapas with wine or soft drinks. This is more than cooking—it’s about sharing, laughing, and discovering the traditions that make paella a celebration.
