Travel in a chauffeur driven private vehicle from Gatwick Airport to Southampton cruise port or from the Port to Gatwick Airport. Meet and greet service is provided inside the arrival hall with your name board. You can arrange this transfer from Hotels within 3 miles radius to Gatwick Airport or Southampton cruise port.
We will monitor your flight and dispatch a driver according to flight landing time. No waiting charge for flight delays.

What to expect
Arrival Transfer
You will be provided with a chauffeur driven car service from Gatwick Airport to Southampton cruise port. Your driver will come inside to collect you from the arrival hall displaying your name board. He/she will help you with your luggage and drive you to your destination by using latest navigation system with live traffic information.
Departure Transfer
Also you can travel to Gatwick Airport from Southampton Cruise port or Hotels within Southampton City Centre.
Driver will wait at the pickup point outside the arrival hall with your name card.
Customers must choose pick up time wisely and provide all necessary details such as flight details, ship name, arrival time and ship disembarkation time during booking process.
Time may take between 2 to 3 hours to reach arrival hall depending your cabin location.

- Waiting charges: 30 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Airport. Thereafter £10.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. Cruise port / Hotel / Accommodation pick up : 15 minutes free waiting time available.
- Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment.
