What to expect
Free Baby or Child Seats: Available upon request in advance. (Subject to availability)
Flexible Pick-up Times: Business class and fast-track passengers can request a pick-up time 35 minutes after landing.
All other passengers should request a pick-up time 60 minutes after landing.
25-Minute Free Waiting Time: Your driver will wait for up to 25 minutes from the pre-requested pick-up time at the airport.
Driver will meet you at the following Airport meeting points with your name card.

After your stay in London, we offer a private transfer to Southampton Cruise Port or hotels within 4 miles of the port.
We ensure a hassle-free transfer service between Heathrow Airport and London as well as London to Southampton Port, providing you with a seamless experience every step of the way.
You can make the same arrangement for passengers who need a pickup from Southampton cruise port travelling to London, then catching a flight out of Heathrow Airport.
Driver will meet you at the cruise terminal passenger drop off/ pickup point with your name card and drive you to London. At the end of your time in London, you will get dropped off at Heathrow Airport/ hotel.

- Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time. Thereafter £15.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes.(Airport Pick ups only) For Hotel/ Accommodation pick ups: 10 minutes free waiting time available. Thereafter £15.00 charge applies to every additional 15 minutes.
- Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment
- Please add passenger mobile number including international dialling code.
- Please provide flight details, hotel address in London, Pickup date from London, Ship name or Hotel address in Southampton. Ship disembarkation time (if applicable for Southampton port pickups)
