What to expect

This 3-hours experience begins in the heart of the Jewish neighbourhood, known as “ghetto”.

The day will start with a sweet note, having breakfast in one of the most ancient bakeries of the district. After a walk around the Ghetto the tour will continue towards Piazza Campo De’Fiori. While walking you will meet the second stop of the day to grab and taste the well know roman “Pizza al taglio” and be amazed by the simplicity of incredible flavours of their famous “pizza rossa”.

Arriving in piazza Campo De’Fiori we will show you an old roman butcher, very well known by locals to buy meat and eggs and a secret spot you cannot miss!

From the Piazza it will be time to walk towards Trastevere, the heart of the roman food scene, while getting enchanted by the narrow streets are you ready to taste the king of roman street food? the supplì! A deep-fried ball of rice cooked with flavourful tomato sauce with an heart of mozzarella: Heaven!

The tour will then end in trastevere with a restoring Aperitivo (yes, in Italy it is ok to do aperitivo before having lunch!) with local wine cured meet and cheese. A beautiful goodbye!
