We begin the tour with panoramic views over Saranda, the Ionian Sea, and Corfu. Built in the 16th century by the Ottomans, Lekursi Castle is the ideal spot for photos and a short introduction to the region’s strategic past.

A peaceful and spiritual stop at this Byzantine-era monastery, built over ancient foundations. The Church of St. Nicholas is one of southern Albania’s most important religious monuments, rich in history, frescoes, and quiet atmosphere.

Next, we head inland to one of Albania’s most magical natural wonders. The Blue Eye is a crystal-clear freshwater spring where deep blue and turquoise colors emerge from unknown depths—surrounded by lush greenery and pure mountain air.

4Gjirokaster
We finish the day in the “Stone City” of Gjirokastër. Wander through cobbled streets, admire Ottoman-era houses, and visit the imposing Gjirokastër Castle, offering breathtaking views over the Drino Valley. Free time is included for lunch, shopping, and exploration.
