Please meet outside the main entrance of the Auckland Sky Tower, our number plate will be either LIMOU1, LIMOU2, or LIMOU3
Please meet just outside of the gate to the Te Haruhi Bay Campground, you will see the trailer with all the yellow kayaks nearby.
What to expect
Arriving on the island, follow your guide to a secluded coastal setting where a luxury grazing platter awaits. Relax with panoramic Gulf views as seabirds settle into the evening and daylight fades into twilight.
As darkness falls, witness little blue penguins returning ashore from the sea — a magical wildlife encounter. Your adventure continues with a guided nocturnal walk through protected forest, where torchlight may reveal ancient Tuatara, giant Wētāpunga, and wild Kiwi foraging beneath the stars.
The experience concludes with a magical paddle beneath a canopy of stars. Below your kayak, bioluminescent plankton shimmer with every stroke, while above, the Milky Way stretches across the night sky.
