What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Our operator will contact you 4-5 days before your participation date to clarify the details of the pick-up. Driver details will be sent out between the day before 6:00 PM and up to 2 hours before your scheduled time. Please be aware of your email or messenger apps (WhatsApp/Line/WeChat) for notifications. We will pick up each passenger at the Narita Airport Domestic / International Arrival Gate. Please follow the instructions provided by our driver.
Our driver will drop you off at any location (hotel and apartment ) in Tokyo 23 wards and Chiba Prefecture. Please feel free to reach our driver after making the reservation.
What to expect
Your professional driver will monitor your flight and greet you upon arrival at Tokyo International Airport, providing seamless pickup and transportation. Travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle directly to your accommodation or destination within Tokyo city.

- Your driver will wait 1 hour and 30 minutes after your actual arrival time for free. If you select a pick-up time and book, the free waiting time is 30 minutes. If the time limit is exceeded, an additional charge of JPY 5,000 per hour will apply (services less than an hour will be considered as one hour). Extra charges can be paid in cash directly to the driver.
- Vehicle Information ①: A 7-seater Toyota Vellfire or a vehicle of a similar class can accommodate up to 6 passengers (including children) with 2 standard pieces of luggage if child seats are not used or up to 4 passengers with 4 standard-sized pieces of luggage.
- Vehicle Information ②: A 10-seater Toyota HiAce or a vehicle of a similar class can accommodate up to 9 passengers (including children) and 7 standard pieces of luggage if child seats are not used or up to 6 passengers and 10 standard-sized pieces of luggage.
- Reservations made between 22:00 and 5:45 of the next day will be charged an additional late night/early morning fee of 2,500 yen.
