[Schedule] ・Tour: Fabric Production Observe how strong yet flexible fabric for judogi is woven by precisely interlacing warp and weft threads. ・Tour: Cutting The fabric is cut with meticulous care to fit a wide range of body types. Each piece is shaped with precision to achieve a perfect fit and feel. ・Tour: Sewing Experience the delicate sewing process, where even the stitching width is adjusted by the millimeter to create a soft collar and maintain strength in key areas such as the shoulders. ・Tour: Inspection and Embroidery Each product undergoes thorough inspection and precise measurement to meet strict standards. After inspection, name embroidery is added upon request. ・Judogi Fitting and Belt-Tying Experience Try on an authentic judogi and learn how to properly tie the belt. ・Commemorative Photo and Souvenir Handkerchief Take a photo in your judogi and receive a special handkerchief made from the same genuine fabric used for judo uniforms.
