After breakfast the tour departs we heading towards the Tarangire National Park for a game drive with picnic lunch at the park. Tarangire is well known for its huge elephant population and baobab trees. It forms the centre of an annual migratory cycle that includes up to 3000 elephants, 25,000 wildebeest and 30,000 zebras. You will have full day game drive and speculate the natural beauty of the Park and late afternoon, you will driver back to your accommodation for for dinner and Overnight.
After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. Then head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. Arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti national park. Dinner and overnight at the campsite.
An early morning game drive. You will return to the camp for breakfast before heading out for another game drive in the park. Here in the Seronera region, you will often see wildebeests and zebras in close proximity of lions and other predators such as leopards and cheetahs. After a lunch you will continue your journey towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Once you have reached the crater rim you will enjoy fantastic views of this 600 m deep collapsed volcano. Dinner and overnight at the campsite. .
After an early breakfast you will drive down the steep and narrow road that takes you into the crater. The slopes are forested but soon the landscape changes to savannah. Here the wildlife is just breath-taking and with a little luck you can observe the “Big Five” – lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard – in just a few hours. After a morning dedicated to game viewing and a picnic lunch, you will leave the crater in the early afternoon to drive back to Arusha, where you will arrive in the early evening.
