Day 1
Arusha to Central Serengeti

Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, start your day scenic drive to Serengeti National Park, heading towards the Central Serengeti, one of the most wildlife-rich areas in the entire Serengeti ecosystem. Along the way, enjoy a game drive through the endless plains. The Central Serengeti is home to large populations of lions, giraffes, buffaloes, and elephants, as well as migratory wildebeest and zebras depending on the season. Enjoy a fresh hot lunch before heading out for your afternoon game-drive. After a full day of exploration, head to your campsite for a relaxing dinner under the stars.

Day 2
Central to Northern Serengeti

Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, start your day heading towards the northern Serengeti. Pass through the Ngorongoro Highlands before reaching your lodge or camp near the Mara River, the prime area for witnessing the Mara River crossings from July to October. Enjoy an afternoon game drive to spot the massive herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles that gather near the river in preparation for the crossing. Return to your campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 3
Mara River Crossing

After an early breakfast, head to the Mara River to witness the Mara River crossing. Wildebeest and zebras often hesitate at the river’s edge, unsure of when to cross. When they do, it’s an exciting and dramatic moment, with crocodiles lurking in the water. Your guide will position you at key points to maximize your chances of witnessing a crossing. After a hot picnic lunch, continue the game drive through the riverbanks as the migration continues. In the late afternoon, return to the campsite for dinner and relaxation.

Day 4
Northern Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

On the fourth day, after breakfast, you’ll start with an early morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, exploring the diverse landscapes and incredible wildlife, from lions and elephants to cheetahs and zebras. As you traverse the iconic plains, you’ll experience the magic of Serengeti’s ecosystem. After a hot lunch, you’ll continue your game drive before heading towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area in the late afternoon. Enjoy the scenic drive with wildlife sightings along the way, arriving at your camp near the crater rim for the night, ready for the next adventure.

Ngorongoro Conservation Area & Return to Arusha

On your final day, you’ll wake up early to witness the breathtaking sunrise over the Ngorongoro Crater.
