Meeting and pickup
Pick-up is available from any hotel, apartment, or residence within Dubai city limits including Deira, Bur Dubai, Downtown, Business Bay, Al Barsha, Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, and Sheikh Zayed Road.
For guests staying outside Dubai city limits (such as Ajman fujairah ras al khaima ), pickup can be arranged for an additional cost or from a nearby meeting point in UAE.
Please be ready 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time in the hotel lobby.
Drivers will contact you via WhatsApp or phone before arrival. Kindly ensure your contact number (with WhatsApp access) is active.
If you are arriving by cruise ship or from the airport, pickup can be arranged from the nearest accessible point—please share your arrival details at least 24 hours before the tour.
Return transfers are provided to the same pickup location unless otherwise requested in advance.
