Traditional Caribbean dishes reflect the influence of Tainos, Spanish and Africans, seasoned with flavors from around the world by range from delicacies, desserts, and regular meals. Some of these foods include tostones (fried plantains), mangú (plantain mash), and sancocho (Caribbean meat and vegetable stew).

Stop 1: Appetizers like (Picaderas), Kipes or Quipes (Dominican Kibbeh), Yaniqueques (Crispy Dominican Fritters), Tostones Rellenos (Fried salty plantains stffufed with different meats, vegies and sauces on top), Bolitos De Yuca. (fried cassavas - Yuca balls with cheese filling) ·at a local Dominican restaurant. / Price range: $ 6 to $ 10 per person.
Stop 2 & 3: Main dish & dessert at a local restaurant. You will able to taste fresh seafood or meats with Caribbean flavors, soups like Sancocho Cibaeno (a hearty stew of meats and roots), or the famous MOFONGO: Fried Green Plantains mashed with Pork rinds and Garlic. Stop 3: We will close the night enjoying the Caribean nightlife scene with some deliciously crafted cocktails or beer at the local Bar.
